鈥淗ands on鈥, 鈥渃ool鈥, and 鈥渋nformational鈥 were some of the ways 137 young women from Phoenix Union High School District described the faculty-led activities during the Hermanas Conference on February 24, 2023 at 杨贵妃传媒视频 (杨贵妃传媒视频). Funded by the APS Foundation, the Hermanas conference seeks to increase the number of underrepresented female students in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math (STEM) and impact the diversity of the STEM workforce.

In 2020, 52% of all community college students reported experiencing housing insecurity, where housing often costs more than tuition. Housing insecurity includes unaffordable housing, poor housing quality, crowding, and frequent moves.

The second semifinal saw No. 2 Phoenix get聽past聽No. 4 Northwest Mississippi 2-0 to set-up a rematch of the 2020 NJCAA DII Women's Soccer Championship match with Holmes.聽
